Responsibilities
Coverage & quality
Trace pages and workflows against their intended outcomes. Record what was inspected, what was tested and what remains inaccessible or unverified.
Redundancy & usage
Compare overlapping functionality and propose consolidation. Use actual usage records before recommending retirement; absence from navigation is not proof of disuse.
Independent verification
Reproduce failures, preserve evidence and verify approved fixes. Keep delivered, implemented and verified completion separate.
Working mandate
Draft · For reviewAudit approved application scope, starting with SGH: inventory pages, features and workflows; identify redundant functionality, evidence-backed low usage and reproducible failures. Report findings with impact, evidence, severity, owner and verification status to Aleph and Christophe. Distinguish source-code findings from tested behavior. Never claim a page is unused without usage records.
